- Rescue A Family – The Children’s Ministry continues to raise money to help rescue at least one family from forced labor and abuse (slavery). Therefore, TODAY, and every 4th sabbath, in support of the Child Impact International Organization, the money the children collect for the Children’s Story will be donated to this cause.
- Board Meeting – In person, this coming Tues., July 28, 6:30p, in the Overflow room.
- Shoe Drive – You still have a week to get your Safe Haven shoe drive donations into the donation box in the foyer. The last day to donate is next sabbath, Aug. 1st. If you wish to volunteer to help distribute shoes on Sunday, Aug. 2nd, from 3p – 7p, please contact Sis. Angela Rawls, 702.809.9478. You can make a monetary donation via Zelle at donations@havenhealthcs.com.
- School Supplies – It’s “Back to School” time and the Community Services Ministry is requesting school supplies. Boxes with suggested supplies have been placed in the foyer to collect your donations (Separate from the Shoe Drive box). Backpacks will be passed out to the community on Sat., August 8th after church. This will be done in the Community Service room in Everson Hall. If you have any questions, please contact Danise Ware, Community Service Leader.
- Teachers Needed – Prayerfully seeking dedicated people to serve as sabbath school teachers for: Beginners’ Class (ages newborn to 2 yrs.) and Youth Class (high schoolers). We need two teachers for each class. If God is leading you to invest in the spiritual growth of our young, please prayerfully consider serving. You can make an eternal difference. If interested or need more info, please contact our Sabbath School Superintendent, Sis. AnnMarie Gentry.

Farewell For Now
From the bottom of my heart I want to thank each and every one of you who made my 11 1/2 year stay here a pleasant one. Regarding my 1 ½ yr. stint as Administrative Assistant, it has always been my goal to leave a place better than I found it. Based on the things I managed to accomplish and the comments made, I can leave here knowing that I accomplished that goal.
It is my hope that the things I accomplished will manage to survive long after I’m gone. Please know that I’ll think of you all often and will watch the service online as I can. I love you. May God continue to bless you all and this church according to His will.
