- Fellowship Hall Renaming: Date correction: – The newly renovated ABL Fellowship Hall/Community Center is being dedicated to and renamed in honor of Patricia Everson. The new name sign has already been installed. At the request of her family, the Dedication Ceremony will take place on Saturday, September 13th, at 5:00p. This is Sis. Everson’s birthday. All who knew and loved Sis. Everson are cordially invited to attend this wonderful event!
- Prayer Room – The ABL Prayer Room has been cleaned and refurbished! It is accessible to all any time the church is open, including administrative hours during the week. Anyone wishing to have anything that was removed from the Prayer Room can see Sis. Angel DeShields.
- Men’s Ministry Meeting/Dinner – This event will take place on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, at 6:00p, at the Golden Corral. Address: 1455 S. Lamb Blvd. (Corner of Lamb and Charleston.) Remember to wear your Men’s Ministry shirt for free entry. If you do not have a shirt or need more information, please contact Deacon Bill Martin at 310.930.6329.
- Church Picnic – The plans are in the making to have a Church picnic on October 5th. Anyone interested in helping to plan this event may add your name to the volunteer sign-up sheet in the lobby. For more information you can reach out to Sis. Shamika Spencer.
- Bible 101 – Beginning Wednesday, September 10th the Youth and Young Adult division will be holding back-2-basics bible study every Wednesday in September at 6:30p. The sessions will be held in the Fellowship Hall and all ages are welcome. Scan the code to submit any questions you may have. You can also see Sis. Daneal Atkinson.

- Hispanic Heritage Month— The City of Las Vegas invites you to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month the community Quinceanera celebration! Registration is now open, but ends on Monday, September 8th, at midnight. Candidates must be 14-16 years old, and living in Las Vegas city limits. The main event occurs Saturday, Oct. 11, 2025, from 5:00 to 8:30p at the East Las Vegas Community Center, 250 N. Eastern Ave. If you would like to be chosen as an honored Quinceanera/o, follow the QR code to sign up!
