Here at Abundant Life, if you love making a joyful noise unto the Lord, there is a variety of musical factions one can choose to become part of….
The Metropolitan Choral Union

This choir lends itself to the more traditional sounds of gospel music, under the directorship of Elder Denis Cooper. In addition to singing at Abundant Life the last sabbath of every month, the choir also sings at different venues for different occasions throughout the city and state.
Revival

Revival brings the sound of contemporary gospel to the scene. They sing under the direction of Sis. Toni Ellis (second from the right).
United Praise

If you like music that has an “island” flavor, akin to reggae, this is the group for you. Their sound can be attributed to their leader, Dr. Kyra Norris-Williams (in the center), who hails from the islands.
Celestial Praise

As their name suggests, Celestial Praise brings the sound of sweet, youthful innocence to the stage. The group was founded by twins Daneal (far left) and Danielle (third from the left) Atkinson.
Children’s Chorus

In this chorus the children of the church take center stage. They are under the direction and leadership of Dr. Kyra Norris-Williams (not pictured).
Our Musicians Play!….
This video captures the opening 24 seconds of our church musicians playing their introduction to Tramaine Hawkins’ “Look At Me”. [Entire audio clip below] And make no mistake, our musicians can play anything, from opera to rock, and everything in-between!… Please note that these are not our only musicians. There are others; these happened to be the ones playing that day…. If you are a musician in search of a church home, or simply a musician is search of a church to play in, Abundant Life could be for you!
